As a Human Resources Director, It is their job to handle all foundation employment resources. Also to handle the day-to-day Volunteers for events and other programming. Dealing with the field and office workers. One of their duties is to hire personnel for departments and fire anyone who is not fit to work under the foundations' rules and guidelines.
